Sharing real-world workflows with emerging artists is always inspiring, but diving into the mechanics of modern production made this session particularly special. During the talk, we pulled back the curtain on: The Creative Pipeline: How ideas move from initial client briefs and visual development through to final composite and delivery. Multi-Disciplinary Integration: Breaking down how 2D cel animation, 3D/CG elements, motion design, and real-time tech cross-pollinate in a dynamic studio environment. Navigating Briefs: Translating high-level client requests into actionable creative directions, asset lists, and production milestones. Industry Discipline & Growth: What it takes to thrive in today's visual effects and animation landscape—focusing on problem-solving, continuous learning, and collaborative feedback loops.
